• User Content: Videos, images, and other media files you upload within the App are processed to provide the App's core features (e.g., editing, generation, transformation). To ensure a stable user experience and allow you to access or re-download your generated results, this content is stored temporarily on our secure servers. Please note that these files have a limited lifecycle and are not intended for long-term cloud storage.
• Personal Information: While using Vid+, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, which can include:
• Usage Data: We automatically collect information related to your interaction with the App. This may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type and identifiers, operating system, app version, features you use, interaction times, and diagnostic data.
• Device Media Access: To enable features like importing or capturing content, the App may request your permission to access your device's camera and photo/video library. You can manage these permissions at any time through your device's settings.
• Special statement regarding third-party AI services: It is hereby expressly stated that this application does not transmit or share any user personal data with any third-party artificial intelligence (AI) service providers under any circumstances.
2. Purposes of Data Processing
We may use the collected information for the following purposes:
• To provide, operate, and maintain the Vid+ App and its services.
• To communicate with you regarding updates, support queries, or important service notices.
• For business administration, such as data analysis, troubleshooting, and improving our App's performance, features, and user experience.

• With Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party companies to assist in operating the App (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support). These partners are obligated to protect your data.

• Content Expiration: For optimization and privacy reasons, uploaded media and generated results are subject to an automatic deletion policy. These data will be permanently removed from our servers after 90 days of account inactivity. We strongly recommend that you save or download your important assets to your local device promptly.
• Account Deletion: If you wish to immediately delete your account and associated data:
a. Navigate to the "Profile" section within the App.
b. Select "Settings".
c. Choose "Delete Account" and confirm your request.
• Important Note: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data, including media files, preferences, and transaction history, will be purged from our active systems and cannot be recovered.
You also have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data. You can often manage your information directly within your account settings. You may also contact us to make such requests. Note that we may retain certain data where required or permitted by law.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that such information has been inadvertently obtained, we will take prompt steps to delete it.
